At PGS Group, our people are driven to give their very best every day. Through teamwork, dedication, and passion, we achieve ambitious goals together.

In 2025, PGS Group organized a family day for all PGS employees in Belgium and the Netherlands and their families. In the unique setting of Pairi Daiza, coming together, connection, and relaxation took center stage.

With this initiative, we strengthen our warm and engaged company culture. We have already organized family days in other countries, and in the future we will continue to hold such events across our international group.

As part of our Community Investment Program (which enables our employees to request support for a social organization or project), we organized a national clothing drive for La Cravate Solidaire to help people re-entering the workforce with their job applications. Thank you to everyone for the warm support!

The Children’s Opportunities Fund (Kinder Kansen Fonds) supports projects that help children aged 0 to 12 living in poverty to participate fully in our society and enjoy equal opportunities.

Every year, PGS Den Doelder Pallets organizes a French fries lunch, where a food truck on site serves freshly cooked fries to all employees.

We have our own nail factory with a capacity of 12,000 tonnes of nails per year in numerous shapes and sizes. Our production site is located in Belgium and consists of 9 machines that produce 60 types of nails suitable for pallet manufacturing.

Since the autumn of 2025, PGS Group has been operating a fully electric truck as a concrete and strategic step to further improve the sustainability of our logistics chain.

We deliver finished pallets to customers and, on the return journey, take wood back to resupply our production sites. This creates an efficient, electric logistics loop and reduces our CO₂ emissions.

Get IT done is PGS Group’s IT company and supports both our internal organization and external companies with the implementation and coordination of their IT projects.

Always be prepared! 

At PGS Group, we regularly invest in training for our in-house firefighting team to ensure that preparedness and safety are continuously maintained. During these refresher sessions, both theory and practice are covered in depth, guided by an external trainer. Thank you to the team for their dedication and commitment.

At PGS Den Doelder Pallets, we participated in the EcoVadis assessment, an ethical sustainability rating, in collaboration with an external consultant. We are proud of our Gold Medal with a score of 82/100, which places us in the top 5% of all companies. A great result thanks to the dedication of our entire team!

In 2023, the French colleagues had a fun family day at Parc Astérix. Together with their families, they enjoyed the attractions, shows, and the friendly atmosphere in the park. It was a lovely day on which colleagues could also get to know each other better outside of work.
