As a Corporate & Local HR and Talent Officer, you temporarily support the HR team with all HR, recruitment, and administrative-related tasks. In addition, you are the guide for the managers of the French sites for all HR-related questions and administration. The focus of the position is to ensure the optimal functioning of the French sites.
For the Corporate HR processes, you ensure correct payroll input and execution, as well as general personnel administration and follow-up. As a Talent Officer, in addition to France and under the coordination of the Corporate Talent Acquisition Officer, you are also responsible for selection and recruitment for other countries. Together with your HR colleagues, you are responsible for the daily implementations and follow-up that ensure the achievement of the various business objectives.
