Maintenance Manager (M/F/X)

What are your duties?

In compliance with quality procedures, deadlines, and safety regulations, your responsibilities are as follows:

• Preparation of maintenance and repair schedules, as well as developing the maintenance plan.
  • Scheduling of corrective maintenance.
  • Scheduling of preventive maintenance.
  • Scheduling of remedial maintenance.
• Management of maintenance technicians and subcontractors.
  • Succession planning.
  • Training and management.
  • Assistance with technical issues.
• Develop and implement improvements.
• Optimization of machines.
• Supervision.
• Management of spare parts warehouse.
  • Item creation and stock management.
• Reporting to the plant manager.
• Administrative management of technical information.

Who are we looking for?

• Technical degree or equivalent through experience.
• At least 5 years in a similar position.
• Excellent and broad technical analysis skills.
• Ensure compliance with the PGS Code of Conduct and relevant standards and legislation.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Safety and quality.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership skills to manage the maintenance team.
• Resistant to stress.
• Flexible framework.
• Languages: French and English, knowledge of other foreign languages is an asset.

• Full-time position from Monday to Friday.
