Maintenance Manager (M/F/X)

What are your responsibilities?

• Preparing maintenance and repair schedules and developing the maintenance plan.
  • Planning corrective (curative) maintenance.
  • Planning preventive maintenance.
  • Planning corrective maintenance.
• Managing maintenance technicians and subcontractors.
  • Succession planning.
  • Training and management.
  • Support for technical issues.
• Developing and implementing improvements.
• Optimising machines.
• Supervision.
• Managing the spare parts warehouse.
  • Creating items and managing stock.
• Reporting to the plant manager.
• Administrative management of technical information.

Who are we looking for?

• Technical degree or equivalent through experience.
• At least 5 years in a similar position.
• Excellent and broad technical analysis skills.
• Ensure compliance with the PGS Code of Conduct as well as relevant standards and legislation.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and stimulate a team.
• Safety and quality–oriented.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Leadership skills to manage the maintenance team.
• Stress-resistant.
• Flexible attitude.
• Languages: French and English; knowledge of other foreign languages is an asset.
