What are your responsibilities?
In compliance with quality procedures, deadlines, and safety rules, your responsibilities are as follows:
- Ensure that operational areas are carried out according to plans, meeting required quality standards and customer expectations.
- Supervise a team of agents and agency staff on a daily basis.
- Conduct daily quality audits on pallets to ensure compliance with LPR specifications.
- Lead by example to promote a culture of mutual respect among team members.
- Maintain effective communication within the management team.
- Involve all staff in the success of the operation through continuous feedback and positive communication.
- Ensure that operational procedures and company standards are consistently followed.
- Ensure full compliance with the company's legal and safety requirements.
- Escalate issues beyond your level of authority promptly and appropriately.
- Act in accordance with the company's values in all tasks and responsibilities.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties required by the company.
- Participate in training and development activities related to personal growth and the needs of the company.
Who are we looking for?
- Previous experience working in a manual production environment.
- Experience in team management.
- Languages: English, possibly other foreign languages.
- Ensure compliance with the PGS Code of Conduct as well as relevant standards and legislation.
- Works accurately and has an eye for detail.
- Strong affinity with numbers, basic literacy skills.
- Is structured and proactive.
- Can work independently, but is also a team player.
- Able to set priorities.
- Has a hands-on approach.
- Is entrepreneurial, respectful, and results-oriented.
- Be flexible and adaptable to client demands and fluctuations in production volume.
