As an employee within the PGS team, you join a rapidly growing company with a family atmosphere yet within an international environment.
Together with a close-knit team of colleagues, you work in Saint Etienne du Rouvray.
What tasks will you perform?
- Understanding the organization and HR processes in their entirety, in order to provide overall support.
- You are responsible for ensuring correct (personnel) administration in accordance with the applicable legislation, company rules and procedures.
- You are jointly responsible for the input, management, and administration of data for payroll processing and general personnel administration for the French sites. This is in compliance with current legislation and company rules and procedures.
- Point of contact for all HR-related matters in France, requiring an affinity with and knowledge of the entire organization.
- You keep track of salaries and adjustments, ensuring they are up to date. You stay informed about legislation, company rules, and procedures.
- You maintain flawless cooperation with the payroll provider and act as an intermediary for employees who have questions about their payments.
- You work together with the prevention advisor on HR-related matters.
- You reflect on, and give input for the implementation of optimizations for HR software systems. For this, you collaborate with Corporate HR Operations & BP.
- Drafting vacancy postings in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Officer and/or in consultation with the Group HR manager and the relevant department head.
- Following up on the selection process (searching for employees, conducting interviews, scheduling, follow-up with the parties involved).
- Following up on training and development plans in consultation with supervisors, ensuring implementation within the budget.
- Providing support to and contributing to the sustainable business values of the organization.
Who are we looking for?
- Temporary position (immediate start until the end of this year - 2026).
- Qualification:
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in an HR-related field, or equivalent through experience.
- Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Competencies:
- Works accurately, is detail-oriented and KPI-driven.
- Strongly developed, demonstrable skills in teamwork. Has a hands-on mentality.
- Familiar with French labor law, labor relations, and employee relations.
- Highly effective communicator in writing, business presentations, and interpersonal communication.
- Not only promotes the sustainable business values of the organization while performing the role but also actively applies them in the implementation of processes and any negotiations leading to optimizations.
- Flexible attitude with a good sense of humor.
- Can function in a multicultural and international environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Speaks and writes fluent French and English, other languages are an asset.
- Has a proactive attitude and is able to identify opportunities.
- Is an entrepreneur who achieves results together in the team with integrity and respect.

- From Monday to Friday.
